At Sur Group Technologies Ltd & UNRIL Research Institute, we stand at the intersection of governance, technology, and human understanding.

Sur Group Technologies Ltd & UNRIL Research Institute was founded with a clear vision: to equip individuals, institutions, and future leaders with the knowledge and critical thinking required to navigate complex digital ecosystems responsibly and intelligently.

As a cyber governance expert and information architect, my work has always been guided by one core principle: information is power, but structured information is transformation.

Founder’s Background

My academic and professional journey reflects a multidisciplinary commitment to understanding systems — from language and culture to governance, business, and technology.

I began my studies in English Language, Literature and Civilization, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, communication, and cultural analysis. I later advanced my linguistic expertise in an English-speaking environment, earning both a Certificate of English Proficiency and the TOEIC certification.

Driven by a growing interest in international dynamics, I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in France in European Studies with a specialization in International Marketing. This experience allowed me to explore the intersection of economics, strategy, and cross-cultural engagement.

I then continued my academic path in the United Kingdom at the University of Huddersfield, where I was awarded a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business and Entrepreneurship. This program strengthened my understanding of global markets, innovation, and strategic development.

Alongside my academic degrees, I have continuously expanded my skill set through certifications in information technology, accounting, and digital systems. I further deepened my global perspective by completing a certification with the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Agenda 2030 framework.

Building on this foundation, I pursued advanced training in Public Policy Analysis — a program internationally recognized and typically undertaken by professionals engaged in governmental and international institutions. This specialization provided me with high-level analytical tools to understand and influence public decision-making processes.

In parallel, I developed technical expertise through a graduate-level program in full-stack development, with a specialization in mobile application development, including iOS technologies. This experience enabled me to bridge the gap between governance, systems thinking, and technological implementation.

Today, my work as a Cyber Governance Expert and Information Architect is grounded in this unique combination of disciplines. I operate at the intersection of policy, technology, and strategic design, with the objective of structuring information systems that are secure, coherent, and aligned with global challenges.

My approach is both analytical and visionary — focused on building frameworks that empower individuals, institutions, and societies to navigate complexity with clarity and responsibility.
